The Flood that Costed a Family

"Help!" cried a poor Indian woman from her flooding home. She gazed around the room and saw that the water levels were increasing out of no where. Seconds then minutes past, large drops of sweat poured down on her forehead. She soon realised that the water had reached up to her thighs. She rapidly ran over and carried her young children. She desperately prayed that this horrendous moment would stop. But the water just kept gushing out from the roads into the enormous cracks of the poor house. The woman glimpsed at a tall piece of broken, black wood. The door she thought! She dashed over to the broken door and yanked the door open. In a matter of seconds a tremendous wave of dirty, unsanitary water rushed in her wrinkly, old face. She started drowning faster and faster...
